First Tool Sample!

Dear Backers!

Finally the first tool sample is here in NYC!   It looks and feels great, really impressed with the production.  There are a few fixes that we requested from the manufacturer but we are 90% there.  Please give it a look, we are super excited and cant wait to get to your hands the J|Bottle.

Functional Prototype Preview!

Hi Backers --

foremost want to express our gratitude and share some news -- we finally have the first draft of the functional prototype.  From here it will be shipped to us here in the US for quality control and see if any improvements need to be made.  The sample should reach us by the end of April / beginning of May.

In the meantime here is the prototype by the manufacturer-  wanted to share with you how its coming along!

To our US and Mexico backers -- hope many of you had a chance to check out the eclipse yesterday!

Wanted to share good news --  very soon we should have the functional prototype here in the US -- from there it will be tested and improved if needed.  In the meantime here are some of the most recent developments.

The Good, The Bad & The Free!!

Dear Backers--

Wanting to send a brief update -- first the bad news

1. We werent able to secure the functional prototype in time prior to the Chinese New Year from our manufacturer
2. In our survey there was an option for 5 additional rubber grips (which change the look of your bottle) - this was intended to be at a charge for $5; however due to a clerical error on my part it was priced at $0 

Now the good news -

1. Since the clerical error is on us -- you will receive the additional rubber grips for free, as a thank you for being our early backers in what we hope to make a commercial product for wider distribution
2. Chinese New Year is about to conclude and we hope to have the functional prototype here by mid March - will be sending updates as soon as we receive it.
